Okay, going to try to write a comments everyday on my progress. Seem like I hit a real low right now. I believe I'm really out of shape. Ran Glaxo today, felt tightness in my chest. Need to try to keep my heart rate in zone 1 and build back up to same level of fitness. Long road ahead.
Food:
9:00am Big Yogurt cup for breakfast
1:45pm McDonald's ice cream
2:00pm McDonald's Asian Salad
2:15pm 2 cups low fat yogurt
2:30pm Quick Dinner, Cheese Ravioli Meal :-(
2:35pm 3 hamburger rolls w/ butter and 1 with butter and honey.
