As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Felt a bit weak this morning, hard to get out of bed, was hoping to get 20 minutes on the elliptical machine before hitting the weights....stop after just the 2 minute warm. Finished the weights and stretched well. Did a little running around at work then shopping at WalMart.
Breakfast:
1 large Yogurt w/ Fruit at the Sundry store
1 small bag of grapes
1 Protein Bar from Power Bar
1 LARGE Microwave Pizza :-(
More later.
Finished work early. Now working on the kitchen remodel. Drinking a lot. Will take a Ibuprofen this afternoon and evening. Okay on the food side:
