As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Check that out. 2 slices of Pizza and a bagel with butter yields a 5 pound weight gain.
Only ran about 75 minutes this morning with Dan. Felt good, a little stressful on my heart, not bad at all. Working on the kitchen the rest of the morning.
This morning:
Ate 3/2 bagel with butter. Throwing away the rest of the bagels.
Finished up for today, unless the football games get boring. Mentally taxing to figure everything out in the kitchen and the lights in the living room.
Food for this afternoon:
1 Microwave pizza. (burned the roof of mouth)
1 Grande Mocha Frappuccino Light
1 cheese stick
1 Taco Bell Chicken Taco
1 huge salad
Trying to eat well the rest of the day.
I forgot about the hot dog i ate at BJs. :-(
