As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Watching the first football game of the day. Still need a do more work on the kitchen this afternoon. I need to restart that at halftime. Ran with Dulce this morning. She just got back from Spain late Friday night. Her first run in a couple weeks. Did the 1:15 trail loop. Happy she had a safe trip. Doug is having foot problems and told me he will a few weeks off until he heels. :-(.
Food:
Before Run:
2 cups low fat Yogurt
After Run:
1 cup low fat Yogurt
1 McDonald's Parfait
Lunch:
1 large salad made by Dianne
1 Microwave Pizza
3 Oranges
Another poor day of eating. Damm it.
2 1/2 bagels with butter and jelly put e over the edge. Then ate potato salad with ribs. SHIT. Okay, tomorrow is another day. Try to stay focus Bill!
Big week ahead with the remodeling effort...hopefully that will keep me away from the food and keep me active.
