On a scale of 1-10 (1=great, 10=awful)
Sleep: 6 (Going to bed too late)
Soreness: 6 (Knee Issues Tightness)

Workout Plan:

Morning:   Run (Elliptical 15 minutes, Treadmill 40-45 minutes)
Afternoon:  Bike (30 miles)
Evening:  Sit ups
