Sleep: 6
Soreness: 6 (Knee Issues-Road Rash)

Workout Plan:

Morning:   Elliptical (10 minutes), Treadmill (30 minutes), Elliptical (10 minutes)
Afternoon:  Bike Ride (30 miles) or Spin Bike (Rain)
Evening:  Sit ups
