Workout Plan:

Morning:  Stretching,  Elliptical (30 minutes), Weights, Stretching
Afternoon:  Run (Glaxo)
Evening:   Sit ups

Day started well. Worked my morning plan: stretching, elliptical, weights, more stretching.

Ate: Sundry store Yogurt

Worked until about 11:00, felt hungry before the scheduled 11:30 run, ate a small bag of chips, then walked outside to cold weather, did not have any long shelve, so bagged the run. :-(

Ate: Another Sundry shop Yogurt for lunch. Going to try to hold off eating until dinner. Need to make time for sit ups tonight.

Tomorrow is another day, thank goodness.

Dropped Gretchen off at diving and DROVE to MCDONALD's a bought a ICE CREAM and a salad. And when I got to Kurt football banquet i continued to eat like a pig. Shoot. Two huge plates of dinner and a plate of dessert. Followed the topping of two slices pizza at home before bed.

Did do my sit up however!
