Afternoon: Stretching, Run (Glaxo Loop)
Evening: Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups
As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Focusing this week on food and good strong workouts. Especially toward the end of the week. Started this morning with Stretching, Weights and Yoga. Robin's last practice with us this morning worked opening the hips. Felt that I was able to open my hips well, however my hamstrings were still very tight.
Ate this morning:
2 cups of low fat yogurt
2 peaches
1 protein power bar
Got over to the Rec Center a little late and DID NOT stretch out before running the Glaxo loop w/ Lee, Doug, Dave and Dan. 60 minutes with a break for Dan to change insoles. Last 1.5 miles were strong. Happy with the effort.
Ate after lunch:
1 Sundry shop Yogurt w/ Fruit
1 cup of fruit
Kept busy working and my mind off food. Tried going home and started eating as soon at I walked inside the house.
Ate:
1 LARGE salad w/ turkey, cheese and mandarin oranges, too much dressing.
1 Quick snack slice of pizza.
Targeting only water for the rest of the evening.
With swim practice moving to Optimist tomorrow decided to pass on swimming today and go Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Plan is to do 2 stretching routines this evening with heat and sit up before going to bed early.
