Hard to believe I spent 2 hours cleaning and getting just my bike ready for the race tomorrow. It was very dirty from riding through hosed down Alston Ave on Wednesday's ride.
Stretched out
Drove the Honda to Scott's place this morning then rode the Cannondale to the REC center. Very humid outside, had to take a shower before walking over to work.
Food consumed:
> Large cup of Yogurt w/ grapes and pineapple. (9:00)
> Another cup of fruit (10:30)
> Chef's Salad w/ Greek dressing (12:00)
Busy afternoon at work, left about 3pm and rode bike back to Scott's and picked up the car. Eating was a bit out of control when I got home. Leftover hash vegetables. A couple slices of cheese. Went to dinner with Dianne, eat 1/2 of a large chef salad, dipped fork into dressing...1/2 of 12 inch Philly Cheese Steak...3 piece of tenderloin at Lowes, Hersey Bar (bad), a bit of a Bear Claw and Chocolate Ice Cream sandwich. 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies at the hotel. (lots of food, eh??) Focus Bill! :-(
Watching Basketball game w/ Doug...going to stretch then head off to bed.
Rain expected for tomorrow, could be an interesting race. Took 3rd place here 2 years ago, hoping I can run fast enough to get close to that this year.
