I could not write to the blog about the disaster that was yesterday after leaving work...food wise. I just need to get that behind me and move on.

No sit ups last night, so I did them this morning at home. Went to the rec center this morning to stretch, do a set of weights and stretch again. Ready would like to do all of the track workout later this morning.

When I got to work, I went to the 002 cafe and bought a large cup of fruit and yogurt, thank goodness they charge a maximum of $2.99 for the those cups filled to the top. Also purchased a couple of pieces of fruit to hold me over until lunch.

I have to rewrite this blog entry because firefox on the lap crashed when I hit the publish button :-(

Back was sore most of the afternoon, had to take 800 mg ibuprofen, which provided some relief. Did a good job avoiding the vending machine junk even though I has very hungry after a strong effort on the track. Did buy and ate a cup of melons and pineapple from the sundry shop. Left work about 4:30pm and arrive home to empty house. I made dinner for Dianne and I. Omelets made with 1/2 pound pork sausage, pepper, onions and large handful of cheese. Also ate a freeze pop.

My body felt exhausted, but I still pulled myself into the car a made the drive over to Pullen for swim practice. Glad I did, stay in the back of the lane line, but did swim the entire workout.

900 yard warm up
IM set with 3*75 swim, 2*50 kick, 25 drill (4x, one set of each stroke)
6*200 pull (2:50)
8*50 free (:55)

After practice, dropped the car over at Scott's. Then went to Food Lion with Dianne. Ate the following before going to bed:

1lb bag of frozen peaches
2 slices of pizza

I really wish I could avoid eat anything after 8pm.

Stretched out before going bed, need to do sit ups in the morning.
