Morning: Stretching, Spin Class

Afternoon: Glaxo Run (tempo ran inside loop)

Evening: Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups

I must have hit the snooze button 4 times this morning, my body could not move an inch. Luckily I had to pee or I would still be in bed right now.

Ate: A Protein Power Bar at Home

So how I made it to the Rec Center at 5:45 and slowly stretched out for 20 minutes, then hope on the spin bike and a 5 minute warm up followed by single leg rotations for 5 minutes each. Andre showed up for class, first time I've seen him in a couple years. He pushed me a little hard then I wanted to go. After class we ran a half mile around the track.

Breakfast: 1 large cup of yogurt and fruit. Later ate an apple and a bag of ruffles.

Lunchtime run was hard. Did the entire 7.3. Stop a couple times for Dave's sore knee, and honestly I was whipped.

Lunch: Chicken Caesar Wrap, Apple. Still hungry.

Need to stay focused now and watch what I eat. Swim practice tonight and no food after that. You can do it Bill, you really can!

Before leaving work I walked over the Sundry shop and had an ice cream in my hand before I put it back and bought the last fruit cup. :-)

Left work about 4:30 and drove to Wal-Mart and bought a cooked chicken, a bag of peaches, cherries and grapes. Ate the grapes and peaches on the way. Home I ate the legs and thighs of the chicken, a couple slices of ham, a cheese stick.

Watched the RADAR closely before leaving for Swim Practice, sure enough, right at 7:00pm thunder was heard outside the pool. The pool manager has a reasonable and allowed us to start the practice after a 15 minute wait. Short 600 yard warm up, then 3x5x100s on 1:30...started the 4 set and began to cramped up and got out. Need to work on re-hydration after the long rides Wednesday and Thursday's Spin and Runs.

Got home ate the cherries and 2 hamburger rolls w/ butter and strawberry jam (Bad again, Bill) Will Stretch out and do sit ups before going to bed.
