Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Run (2+ hours)

Afternoon: Stretching

Evening:  Stretching, Sit-ups

Awful, awful, awful run this morning. Totally out of energy. Fell behind big time after the first half hour. I had to walk/jog the last 30 minutes. Maybe just raised my volume too much this week? Maybe I just one butter/honey/bagel this morning instead of two? Maybe just too dehydrated? Going to work on all three of these items before next week's run. Total run time was 1 hour and 50 minutes. Short of what I had desired.

After the run I went to Harris Teeter to get "real" food rather then the Starbucks ice coffee drink. Bought 3/4 pound of grapes, 1 pound of frozen cherries and two cups of low fat yogurt. Then stopped at the gas station to buy more drinks: water and diet Pepsi.

Watch about half Gretchen's softball game before I went back to the car and slept.

Stopped at Taco bell on the way home from the game and eat a chicken taco.

Kurt asked me to take him the Littleton this afternoon. Thought it would be a good idea to get out of the house to avoid eating too much. Four hour round trip, I did eat two ice sandwiches and a large chicken salad with a fork dipped salad dressing.

Going out tonight to watch the Hockey game at the Ale House. Hoping to eat just a salad and maybe a few wings.
