Morning: Stretching, Weights, Yoga
Afternoon: 25 mile Bike, 2 mile Run
Evening: Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups

Made it to the Rec Center this morning right at 5:45 and was able to stretch and do the standard weight set. Both hamstrings were very tight. Very hesitate about going to Yoga this morning, felt tried and tight. Then Robin told that class we were going to work on balance and I thought I was done for, why bother? Glad I stayed, just for the 10 minutes we worked our hamstrings at the end.
Ate - Large Protein Power Bar.
Going over to the cafeteria for a couple pieces of fruit to hold me over to lunchtime.
Music at the rec center was awful this morning, the Sirius radio broke and they were listening to 96.1 commercial over the air radio...made me what to get an iPod. Going to ask Gretchen if I can borrow her iPod for Wednesday's ride.
