Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Run (Glaxo Loop)

Afternoon: Stretching

Evening:  Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups

Started this morning with very tight hamstrings again. Made it to the Rec center at 5:50, stretched and was running the Glaxo Loop by 6:15 by myself. Solid run, nothing special, picked it up a bit after the lake. Total running time 58:30. Stretched out again before showering and getting to work. Forgot to bring food from home, so I bought the following for breakfast:

2 yogurt cups
1 pear
1 apple

No lunch time workout today, meeting with Jim and Hobert.

Lunch:

Sundry Shop Chef Salad w/ low fat 1000 island dressing....fork dipped

Lots of running around after work today.... Start swimming at Optimist tonight. Yahoo!

Left work about 4pm, went over to DHL, WalMart and the post office. Ate:
3/2 lbs. grapes on the way home.

Then at home ate:
1/2 chicken with a large salad.
3 buttered torteias.

Had to go back to WalMart before going to swim practice.

Swim Practice (Long Course)
1000 m warm up
600 m IM (Broken)
1000 m Pull Broken ladder
800 m Swim w/ Fins ladder
300 m Breast Stroke
3700 m total

Ate at home: Fruit (no cheesecake :-) )

Completed sit ups and stretching.
