Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Weights, Stretching

Afternoon: Run (Glaxo Loop)

Evening:  Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups

Lots and Lots of rain today. Woke up to the sound of rain outside and it did not let up until well after lunch. Slept in a bit this morning, got to the Rec center about 6:15. Went thru my routine of Stretching, lifting then stretching again. Got to work early and tried to hold off eating until after the Fitness Assessment at 9:30. Did not make it.

Ate at 8:30 the following:
2 cups of yogurt
1 protein power bar

With the rain, Dave suggested that we go to spin class. Medium effort with a pretty hard 1.5 mile run outside in heavy rain right afterward.

Ate at about 1pm:
Chicken Caesar Salad w/ fork dipped Asian dressing

Went home at 3:30 to watch the world cup game. Then i started to eat again :-(

Ate: Large leftover salad
3 tortia w/ butter
2 cups of yogurt
1/2 slice cheese cake
Large 3 egg omelet w/ pork sausage, cheese, peppers and onions.

Going to try to my sit ups before going to swim practice. Stretch back at home while watching the game. Go Canes!

Long ride tomorrow with Doug and Kris.
