Was able to get Dianne's car working this morning, needed a new battery, lucky for me Wal-Mart is open 24 hours a day. Stretched at work. Doug, Bob, Kris and I hit the bike ride pretty hard at lunch. Pass on the run. Pizza and salad for dinner. Ate too late and had gas during the swim this evening. Swim practice was: 1000 yard warm up, 12x50 on 60 sec drill/kick/swim, 6 250 IMs, 100 easy, 4 x 75 drill/perfect form, 100 easy...total = 3600 yards.
