Sleep: 5
Soreness: 6 (left hamstring)

Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Weights, Spin Class

Lunch:  Short Glaxo

Evening: Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit ups

Pretty good morning so far. Hungry as soon as I woke up. Stretched well, then did weights and finally spin class this morning. Good effort in spin class. Stretched again after spin class. Still have tightness in my left hamstring. Worked EMC in the morning. Ate the following:

- Fruit/yogurt cup w/ Granola on the top.
- Apple
- 3 diet Pepsi

Started running w/ Dulca, Tony and Dan. Dulca and I turned around at 2.25 mile marker. 4.5 miles in 34 minutes = 7:36 min/mile hard to believe. I'll take that.

Eat the following after that:
Gaint Ice Cream Sandwich
Big Salad
Peach

Smart Well Cookies

Big big bowls of hash

Did make it out to swim pracatice
1000 yards warm up
9x75 w/ snokle
100, 200, 300, 200, 100 ladder free
12x50 kick (w/ fins)
2*100 hard
2*50 easy

3300 yards

Peach when I came home.
