Evening: Watch Raleigh Crit, Stretching and Sit-ups
As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Early 6:30 start on a great bike ride planned by Dan, hilly on great roads. Jim was not fully recovered from being sick most of the week. Need to save the route for more training later on. Slower pace w/ the wind at our back made it reality easy.
After the ride went to see Brian for stretching and e-stim w/ ice. Try to rest to be able to run 2 hours Saturday.
Just back from the Raleigh Crit. Watched the end of the women's race and the start of the men's race. Very sore back and butt from the ride. Standing downtown did not help. Going to try to do my sit-ups in the morning.
