Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching and Weights

Lunchtime: 40 mile bike ride

Evening: Swim Practice

Very lazy morning stretch and weights. Did complete everything, but very slow.
Lunchtime ride was cut short to 25 miles. Doug and I pulled each other, waiting for every else to reconnect. Last 10 miles, we did not wait. Doug much stronger then I going up the Alston Ave. hill. Hope I have enough in the tank for the pool tonight.

Good swim this evening. 1000 yards warm up. Then a snorkel set of 18x75. Long Kick set w/ Fins. Finished with 10x50 on the :50.
