Morning: Long Bike Ride - Target 80 miles

Excellent bike ride with Doug, Dan, Bill Vanca and Jim. Almost 80 miles. No problems with my back, felt strong and pull most the ride. Started from Jim's House. Route was primarily the Duke half course.
