As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Started the day with a good set of stretches followed by Ericka's spin class. Effort was medium at best. Stretched again after spin class.
Lunch time ended up to be the short Glaxo loop w/ Doug, Dave, Dan and Kris. 46 minutes. Hot and sticky day. Went short to save gas for swim practice and bike ride Friday.
Thunder Storm again canceled swim practice. Worked on new car stereo kept me out of the refrigerator. Going to start recording all my food starting soon.
Late night, need to get to bed. 100+ mile ride Friday and Raleigh Crit in the evening.
