Workout Plan:

Morning: 2 hour run

Evening: Stretching and Sit-ups

Surprisingly I had a very good run this morning. 1 hour 44 minutes, stayed close to Doug and the other rather fast runners. Back feels much better. Nice group of running friends got together at Starbucks after running to celebrate Dave's tenth year of running. Finished working on the new car stereo. Trip to the beach is off for Sunday. Going to the lake after lunch, wondering if I should go for a swim in the morning or do the metric century from Apex or just take the day off?
