Went to back to track today, first time in 4 months. Ended up doing 4x1200. Very repeatable for me: 5:02, 5:00, 4:59, 4:58. 5:00 = 6:15 mile pace. Easily made it back for my 1:00pm meeting at work.
7:00pm swim practice. Left work around 4:30, made dinner, rested 45 minutes then when to the pool. 1000yd warm up, 12x50 (drill, swim), then long set of IM. Stayed in the back of the group. Cheated on the fly and some of the breast stroke.
