As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Focus on Saturday was on my mind for most of the day today. Remember last Saturday was a disaster. Out of gas after the 1st half hour. Sore. Felt like a bag of mush. Woke up under 170 pounds for the 1st time in maybe 2 years. Knew that yesterday's ride took a lot out of me. Stretched well and lifted this morning.
Ate:
2 store brought yogurts, and sundry shop yogurt and a Protein Bar for breakfast.
Took the Cannondale on the 25 mile loop at lunch, steady not fast, but felt hard with Doug staying very areo on his Cervelo. Ran a moderately paced mile after the bike.
For lunch I ate:
Ice Cream Sandwich
Ham and cheese roll up from the sundry shop
Left work about 4:30 and met Dianne at Walmart.
Ate:
1 pound of white grapes
Went to Pizza Unos
Ate:
Green Salad (fork dipped salad dressing)
3 slices of deep dish pizza
crust from Kurt's pizza
Went back to WalMart to shop
Ate
1 pound of white grapes
When I got home I ate:
1 and 1/2 bagel w/ butter and honey (to prepare for tomorrow, I hope)
took 800mg ibuprofen about 8:30
Stretched and did sit ups before bed.
