Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Run - 2 Hours
Afternoon: Stretching
Evening:  Stretching, Sit-ups

A fine run this morning. Very happy about that. Woke up at 5:00am for a 6:30 start.

Stretch out well at home and

Ate:

1 and 1/2 bagel with butter and honey
800 mg ibuprofen

Dave, Doug, Kris, Dave F and I started early with run down to the camp and around the

parking lot once. Then the typical 2 hour loop w/ Turkey Creek. Did slow down a bit on

Reedy Creek road until Dave caught up to me. Then pushed hard up the spill way to the

parking lot in 9:45. Again, very happy with the effort this morning.

Went to Starbucks after the run and had a medium banana Frappuccino (rather then a large).

Home to work on the new plasma TV. Went to Wal-Mart for the parts I need. Did not buy

any food. Did eat the following:

1 cup of pineapples
1 Protein Power Bar
1 box Lean Pizza Quick Snack

Going to stretch out a bit before Kurt get home again to help with the TV.
