As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Running low on gas again. 54 mile bike ride this morning with Doug and Kris. Started from the Embassy Suites to Fall Lake and back. Did the first 5 miles of 10 mile time
trial pretty hard, but paid for it on the way back on the hills, especially on Western.
My back was sore and could hardly turn my neck.
Before the ride ate one bagel with butter and honey, after the ride had a tall decaff frap at Starbucks. Ate two frozen pizza slices when I got home. 2 two flour tortillas w/ butter.
Nap for awhile, watched soccer on TV. Stretched
Walked over to Food Lion to buy dinner. Ate a large salad. 2 slices of ham and cheese
Dinner was a 1/2 pound of good steak and a salad.
Stretched and did sit-ups before bed.
