Sleep: 5
Soreness: 6 (butt sores)

Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Weights, Yoga
Afternoon: Run Galxo
Evening:  Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups

Monday, Monday.

Started slow, but somehow made it to the REC center before Lee at 5:42am. Stretched well, weights and yoga. First time with Mary Ann. Powerful session. Lots of leg work. Felt fantantic! :-) Great start for a Monday.

Ate right when I got into the car after yoga:

A Protein Power Bar

Later (8:30) ate two cups of low fat yogurt

Walked over to the cafe for a couple of pieces of fruit about 9:30...Boy it was hot.

Ate the fruit and a small bag of Lays Potato Chips before heading over to the REC center for the 11:30 run.

Mile 1.5-3 i felt dizzy. Still able to run, but felt out of control. Afraid I'd fall over my feet. Seem to get better at the end of trail on the other side of T.W. Alexander drive. The second half of the run was a little fast then the first. The shade inside Glaxo helped. Run in the sun was very hot.

Returned to work, ate:

Turkey and cheese roll up from Sundry shop
Ice Cream Sandwich

Leaving work about 3:30 to pick up Dianne.

Swim tonight..then watch the canes game.
