As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Long time since I wrote something during the day. Hard time getting up this morning, made it to the Rec Center about 6:15. Stretched well, then 30 minutes moderate on the spin bike and stretched out again. The outside of my hamstrings near my butt were still sore, tight. Got to work about 8:00, worked all day in the EMC lab.
Ate in the morning:
1 Protein Power Bar
2 cups low fat yogurt
Before leaving for the Rec Center for lunchtime workout
1 "Big Grab" bag of lays potato chips
Raining lightly when I got into the Rec center parking, thinking that I'd spin...but Doug and Dave said it was hill repeat day, so off we went.
Started with 5 repeats:

Concerned that I had a sore knee on the way back home. Maybe because I used my old old shoes and it was so so wet outside.
Back in the lab I ate:
1 Protein Power Bar
2 cups of yogurt
later in the day (4:00) ate:
1 "Big Grab" of Lays Potato Chips
Left work about 5:30
Home I ate:
1 VERY large salad w/ Dressing and cheese
1 ham, cheese, toretia roll up
Off to swim practice, sit-ups and stretching tonight
