Sleep: 5
Soreness: 6 (butt sores)

Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Weights
Afternoon: Easy 25 mile ride, 1 mile run
Evening:  Stretching, Sit-ups

Easy day today...hard run scheduled for Saturday.

Woke up dreaming of more sleep. Got to the Rec center about 6. Stretched, did a set of weights, stretched again.

Got to work at 7:30. Ate in the car on the way over.

Protein Power Bar
2 cups of yogurt

Leaving work at 12:00 noon. Hoping I can 20 easy miles in at home. Keep me honest blog!
