As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

Easy day today...hard run scheduled for Saturday.
Woke up dreaming of more sleep. Got to the Rec center about 6. Stretched, did a set of weights, stretched again.
Got to work at 7:30. Ate in the car on the way over.
