As I prepare for Ironman Florida (2007), I'm keeping this training log and personal journal to keep me on track.

It was a steam bath out there. The heavy rains Friday evening really brought out the humidity Saturday morning.
Woke about 5:00am ate a bagel with butter and honey.
The run was pretty good. First half hour was with Wendy, Doug, Dave and Kris. Easy. The bigger gang of people started again at 7:00. The first 30 minutes to the drinking fountain was fast. Ended up not doing Turkey Creek, rather ran down Graylyn with Jim A, John and Dave. Pushed it pretty hard up the spill way to the gate (4:43) had to run back down to the camp to get the full 2 hours.
During the run I ate:
20 oz Gatorade
1 Cliff GU
Following the run I ate:
Large Cherry frozen drink
Small ice cream sandwich
32 oz Gatorade
Home to watch the soccer game and relax for the rest of the day.
Stretched in the afternoon and evening, Sit-up in the evening.
Ate:
4 apples
2 slices Pizza from Unos
1 pizza snack
6 slices of ham and 3 slices of cheese
1 LARGE bowl salad
