Soreness: 6 (butt sores)

Workout Plan:

Morning: Stretching, Long Bike Ride (target 100 miles)
Afternoon: Stretching
Evening:  Swim Practice, Stretching, Sit-ups

Another 100 miler in the bag :-)

Just Doug and I rode today. 102 mile loop around the Blue Devil course. I was a bit of a boat anchor today, fell behind a bit but not out of touch with Doug. Last 20 miles were very hot, with the sun pulling all the energy I had out of me. Did not run after the ride.

Ate before the ride:
1 bagel with honey and butter
1 protein power bar

Ate During the Ride
3 bottles of InifinIT

At mile 40:
One cliff bar
One small bag of chips

At mile 70:
One Cliff Bar
One bottle Gatorade

After the ride stretched out

Ate after the ride:
Roast Beef Roll up from the Sundry Store
Ice Cream Sandwich

Left work about 4:45. Relaxed at home.

Ate Dinner:
Large bowl of salad

Swim Practice
1000 meter warm up
8x100 swim on 1:45
8x50 kick on 1:05
6x100 swim on 1:40
6x50 kick on 1:05
4x100 swim on the 1:35
4x50 kick on 1:05

3700 meters

Ate at home:
1 bagel w/ butter and honey. :-(
No stretching, no sit-ups
