1 Comments:
Better late then never I guess with my journal of Tuesday. I started a bit disappointed in myself for blowing off swimming on Monday and staying up late to watch the Canes victory in the game 7 of the finals. That provided a little extra motivation for me to get up and run Glaxo in the morning. I did not experience the dizziness I felt on Monday. Started easy and finished strong. Again about 59 minutes, not bad for a run by myself.
Ate:
2 cups of yogurt
1 Protein Power Bar
1 bagel w/ lots of cream cheese
1 "big grab" of lays potato chips before getting out to the ride
Lunchtime ride was up to the Western hills. Bob, Jim, Dan and Dulce. Pulled most the way out and up the 1st hill. Bob very strong on the Evans Hill and the big Western hill. Almost caught him at the top riding steady. Bob pushed very hard to finish the hill route, then popped. I ended up pulling back to IBM.
Ate:
Another 1 "big grab" bag of Lays Potato chips
An "Giant" Ice cream sandwich
Turkey and Cheese roll up from the Sundry shop
Left work about 4:45, stop on the way home at the Food Lion

A bag of grapes
At home I ate:
1 double cheeseburger
1 large bowl of Cole Slaw (too much dressing)
1 box of Pizza
Made it to swim practice.
900 meter warm up
12x50 free (breath control)
6x100 (50 back, 50 free)
8x25 Breast Stroke
6X25 No breathers
Ate at home:
